Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your class, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel/reschedule your participation at at any type of class. You will forfeit your credit for that class if you fail to contact us in advance of 24 hours.  Once the makeup class is scheduled, you cannot reschedule it under any circumstances and will forfeit your credit should you not attend the class.   We will inform you by text message or WhatsApp, if the class is cancelled due to heavy rain or extreme weather conditions (i.e. extreme temperature above 38 degrees). In an event of light shower and courts in playing conditions, class will be carefully considered based on the coaches judgement of whether it is deemed safe to play.
